What is Bungee Workout?

Bungee fitness is a workout that uses harnesses and cords to assist in performing challenging exercises like lunges and squats more smoothly. This allows people with limited strength, those who haven’t done much exercise, and individuals with joint issues to perform various difficult fitness movements and experience their associated benefits.
